Article 6, sec 4 amendment bylaw challenge will be at its second reading in the July 16, 2024’s meetings and then the Bylaw committee will submit their reconmendations. A vote will proceed right after.
Article VIII Section 1. (b) and (c)
b. Must be read as proposed at two (2) consecutive meetings. Immediately following the second meeting, the Bylaws Committee shall submit their recommentdations.
c. Reasonable advance notice must be given to the membership of the time, date, and place of the second reading, and vote to be taken on the Bylaws Committee’s recommendations.
